La colère est l’émotion qui nous permet de fixer les limites. En effet, les premiers frémissements d’agacement nous alertent d’une menace.
Comment la reconnaître? Nous la reconnaissons grâce à des comportements agressifs, d’irritabilité mais aussi l’impossibilité de réfléchir. D’où l’expression « Voir rouge ».
Chaque émotion véhicule un message. Ici, la colère nous indique une agression envers nous-même.
