C’est l’émotion qui survient quand nos sens nous signalent un danger. Nous devons alors être prudents.
Deux types de peur existent:
– La situation présente un danger réel de survie, et la peur nous invite à nous protéger.
– La situation est une nouveauté et la peur nous indique que nous ne sommes pas suffisamment préparés à l’affronter. Et c’est ok de ressentir de l’appréhension face à la nouveauté.
Chaque émotion véhicule un message. Ici, la peur lance le signal d’alarme.
La sécurité.
Quand nous avons peur, nous avons essentiellement besoin d’être/de se rassurer, dire ce que l’ont ressent, se mettre à l’abri, se sentir en sécurité et obtenir plus d’information sur ladite situation.
