La surprise est différente de ses amies émotions: elle peut être soit positive et agréable, soit négative et désagréable. Tout va dépendre de la situation et de la personne concernée (personnalité, aspirations, besoins du moment à assouvir).
Chaque émotion véhicule un message. Ici, la surprise annonce un changement, une attente et/ou une projection.
Moment d’excitation bref, laissant place à une autre émotion.
Répondre à l’attente.
La surprise n’est pas seulement une émotion. C’est aussi notre disposition à percevoir le réel, à l’imaginer et le ressentir.
Les 3 phases de la surprise sont:
– L’anticipation implicite: structure d’attente;
– L’émergence, la rupture de la situation (aussi appelée crise);
– La régulation émotionnelle.
